Starting off the new year with some speed

Not a huge update, but we just pushed some changes to help with project loading performance.  This should take care of the vast majority of slow script errors that people were getting on larger projects (and you get a nifty progress bar as your project loads).  As with all things performance, there is definitely more I can (and plan to) do to speed things up, but I think this is a good start in the right direction.

As always, let us know if you run into any issues or have any other feedback!

It would be great to have snapping when resizing elements and an option to enter the size (12x12 or something).

Hey, would it be possible to add internal links to pdf exports? So that the wireframes would work just like on preview in pdf too?

Oh, and how about preset sizes for the working area. Like standard paper sizes (a4, a4 landscape, letter), display size (4:3, 16:9...), etc. Would make printable pdfs nicer.

Also browser UI graphics would be good clipart to add. (something simple like safari or chrome wireframes should be good as many browsers seem to go that direction.)

Possibly similar handheld device graphics to border the designs with, like iPhone or such should help some.

@mrnase: We're planning on implementing that feature (the snap to resizing at least)

@Arkkimaagi: Internal links in PDF exports is on our list of features, though not that high up. Will keep you updated though. Also, I'm working on setting the canvas sizes right now, so that should be out soon.

Additional widgets are also on our plan - we'll post about them as they come.

Thanks for the feedback guys!

Are you going to implement the possibility to Comment when you SHARE your mockup?

@janskjetne Yes, this is something we do plan to implement.

Hi all, tonight is the first time since the update that I do work on a project with about 50 pages, in FF3.6 - the system keeps freezing, hanging, and is rather unresponsive - I can't say yet if this is only temporary - does anyone else face symptoms like these? I have to kill the FF process again and again... if there is any way I can help troubleshoot that, I am glad to help. Keep up the good work - greets... :)

@tobin Can you E-mail me the specifics of your project if it isn't confidential (the name or share link to it)? I can try to debug it directly.
